COURSE DESCRIPTION

This 3-hour Red Dot Sight (RDS) Pistol course is designed for shooters who have transitioned from pistol iron sights to red dot sights. This course requires that shooters have a firm grasp of the fundamentals of pistol marksmanship. The primary focus will be to teach safe handling and efficient operation of an RDS equipped handgun.

The classroom portion of the course will cover proper mounting techniques to include a talk-through demonstration. You will have the opportunity to properly mount and adjust your RDS if needed. The remaining time will be spent on the range learning techniques that will enable the shooter to employ the RDS efficiently and effectively. Students will learn correct techniques for drawing and presenting the firearm, as well as fundamental techniques for employing the handgun in defense of self or others.

Please fill out our safety waiver prior to arriving.
